Wow! The guys were prompt, hardworking (VERY!), strong, courteous, flexible, patient, and able to maintain a sense of humor in spite of our boxing/moving chaos. They loaded storage containers for us - always optimizing available space and securing things well. Yes, their rates are higher than a couple of college kids, but they worked faster, smarter, and more carefully than any other movers I've ever hired. When our house sells, we will hire them again to pack the moving truck for the trek back east.

The guys were great - very friendly and courteous. We had an incredible amount of stuff to move from our 1400 sq. ft. apartment into our new house, and they worked hard to accommodate as much as possible onto our truck. When we arrived at our new house they unloaded everything smoothly and efficiently, putting everything wherever it needed to go. They even folded our moving blankets for us! We used them once before when we moved into our apartment, and we would certainly use them again. These guys were great! Efficient, polite, went the extra mile to get a 400# armoire into my bedroom. There was only one minor breakage, which they told me about and offered to take care of. I highly recommend local folks using these firefighters! I might have paid a little bit more than if I went through a moving company, but the cost was well worth it! I would much prefer supporting our civil servants. All three men who helped me move showed care, concern and it was obvious that they exude customer service in every regard.
